Ingredients :
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
* 2 tablespoons brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon water
* 2 tablespoons oil
* 1 (appr. 3 lbs) broiler chicken, cut up, or equivalent chicken parts
Preparation :
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard and water; stir to blend well. Heat oil in a large skillet; add chicken and brown well on both sides, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken to a shallow baking pan. Pour off fat in skillet; add ketchup sauce mixture, stirring to loosen browned particles in bottom of pan. Pour sauce over the chicken. Cover with foil and
